Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions aligned with Customer Service Management (CSM) best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules to support CSM, regional compliance, and industry-specific requirements.
- Provide technical expertise to maintain and improve existing ServiceNow CSM implementations.
- Contribute to technical designs, specifications, and implementation plans for CSM solutions.
Must Have
- CSA: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (required).
- CIS-CSM: Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management certification (required).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions for Customer Service Management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow’s CSM Framework, including case management, account management, and knowledge management.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of security protocols, data residency, and global compliance standards.
