Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions in alignment with global business requirements.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand localization needs (language, regional compliance, cultural preferences) and develop elegant, scalable solutions.
Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and features to support multi-language configurations, regional settings, translation workflows, and cultural adaptations.
Provide technical expertise to support and maintain existing ServiceNow Localization Framework integrations and compliance standards.
Contribute to the documentation of technical designs, specifications, and implementation plans for localization solutions.
Optimize global user experiences by leveraging ServiceNow’s Localization Framework, including language packs, time zone management, currency formats, and regional compliance.
Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification highly desired.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) certification required.
CSM BPC: Customer Service Management - Business Process Consultant certification required.
Proven experience (2+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions for global enterprises.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow’s Localization Framework, including multi-language support, translation workflows, regional settings, and cultural adaptation tools.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, Glide APIs) with a focus on localization-related development.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with translation management systems (TMS) or external localization platforms.
Familiarity with global compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, data residency) and regional customization requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex localization needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced English proficiency (conversational and written) is a must.
