Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions in alignment with global business requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand needs and develop elegant, scalable solutions.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and features to support client-specific requirements.
- Provide technical expertise to support and maintain existing ServiceNow Localization Framework integrations and compliance standards.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical designs, specifications, and implementation plans.
- Optimize user experiences by leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities, including asset management, service management, and fleet management.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification highly desired.
- Experience with ServiceNow's Field Service Management (FSM) or IT Service Management (ITSM) highly desired.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions for global enterprises.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, Glide APIs).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms and systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency (conversational and written) is a must.
- Located in Mexico.
